I purchased this item as I had wonderful results with laser hair removal and thought this would save money. The item does not work as described. The directions are confusing and I contacted the company, which must be done via email. I did receive a return call the following day. I told them the problems I was having and Cindy gave me some things to try and should work well, especially since I had excellent results previously. She did say the company wanted me to be very happy and offered to sell me an item that would have a larger beam for an additional $900. I followed her suggestions because I didn't have an additional $900, especially when this product is not working. But he one hair at a time removal is tedious and time consuming and has no results expect small burn marks on my skin.
